- Despatch registers (In & Out).

C) FHR Department:--
- Personal files of the employees.
- Confidential matters.
- Books of accounts.
- Matters relating to various funds.
- Parliament & Ministry of Steel (MoS) queries.
- Budget-related matters.
- Provident Fund-related matters and correspondence.
- Pay master.
- Taxation and legal matters.
- Reports and returns.
D) Academic Coordination Department:-:-
- Course material.
- Examination question papers, answer sheets, mark sheets & certificates.
- Arrangement of training (industrial & otherwise).
- Placement and campus interview arrangements.
- Arrangement of short-term training for stakeholders.
