THE PARTICULARS OF ANY ARRANGEMENTS THAT EXISTS FOR CONSULTATION WITH, OR REPRESENTATION BY THE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN RELATION TO THE FORMULATION OF ITS POLICY OR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF

1. Investment Related Queries – Investments in BPNSI are made only with the Nationalized Banks. The sealed envelopes containing the tender bids are opened in presence of the Bankers. In case of any query from any agency, an Internal Screening Committee observes the same and the reply is forwarded to the agency concerned within 48 hours.
2. Outside Payment Related Queries – All queries are responded to within 48 hours from the receipt of the same.
